Hypnotherapy

Over the years, hypnotherapy has proved to be an effective tool with excellent results.

It works as a treatment and has no maximum or minimum number of sessions. The number of hypnotherapy sessions required can vary from case to case.

Hypnotherapy is not suitable for people diagnosed with schizophrenia or multiple personality syndrome.

What is Hypnotherapy?

Hypnotherapy is the therapeutic use of hypnosis, or the treatment of an illness using hypnotic techniques.

Hypnotherapy is one of the most effective tools in helping to treat certain conditions, especially anxiety, depression and others.

It allows for the rapid relief of certain emotions, such as anxiety and fear, gives new meaning to past traumas and experiences and promotes self-knowledge.

What is Hypnosis?

Hypnosis, hypnotic state or hypnotic trance is an altered state of consciousness. The person can remain conscious or have the sensation that they have fallen asleep. However, they experience a deep state of relaxation, similar to what happens when we meditate.

The therapy does not seek to simply relieve the symptoms, but rather to investigate the causes of the problems so that the symptoms no longer occur or become worse.

What are the benefits of hypnotherapy?

A person under hypnosis can remember past situations in more detail (memory regression). This explains their present emotional and/or social difficulties and, in this way, optimizes their therapeutic treatment, since one of the difficulties of traditional therapeutic procedures is dealing with the "forgetting" of certain facts from the past, which delays the development of the therapy.
